[mylar-dev] HEAD requires eclipse-SDK-I20060213 
HEAD has been moved to the latest integration build:

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/I20060213-0800/index.php

Note that there are PDE changes which require this to be the build you're
running--it does not suffice to set this as the Target Platform.  A new
Mylar dev build is up that supports eclipse-SDK-I20060213.
