Probably... interesting to know what the "enhancements" will be.
In the past I saw some issues with differences in behavior w.r.t.
retained messages when a publisher and client are not connected
to the same broker, but when a bridged broker is involved on
either side. I have to look up the details and maybe this is
theoretically unresolvable.
Ideally, bridged brokers should all act 100% compatible with the
situation where all pub/sub clients are connected to one broker.
