Greetings PMC;

This CQ has been requiring some attention for a very long time (Feb 10). 
Workswith CQs cannot be processed until PMC holds a public discussion and
conducts a vote.  Upon completion of the vote, the relevant PMC Mailing List
thread is provided here.  

The IP Team cannot process this request until that happens.
