Concerning EcoreTools, that would be me, but I can't find any record in the mailling list archive, probably because with Ed Merks we had to "step up" in a fairly critical time (just before the simultaneous release).

The Foundation through Thanh Ha told us recently there was no record of the project lead [1].  As Ed and I are the only commiters we can fix that quite quickly using whatever tool you think is best ;) I'm interested in testing the new project lead election functionality.
