Thanks for your quick reaction. There are also some other sides to it. The code
is generated from templates which will use the same textual names as the sencha
code. This because the template generates javascript. So there is no real
compile dependency but the template will 'refer'/use javascript names provided
by sencha.

But the other relevant could be their usage of oss exceptions, they explicitly
list the EPL as supported license. The terms pf use to apply the EPL are
exactly what the idea is. So Texo will not distribute the library, a user
always has to download it separately.
