Guys,

Given the formation of the Graphical Modeling Project with Anthony 
Hunter as the lead along with our long established policy of including
the lead of each direct modeling subproject in the PMC, I think it's 
time we formalize this and ask the EMO to remove Artem and add Anthony.
 
Is everyone okay with that?
