[modeling-pmc] RE: GMT code has not moved into Modeling

Hi Jean,
We have another project (Modeling M2M) interested in re-distributing GMT
from their Eclipse project page. See the following IPBugs for more
information: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2177 and
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2178).
Can you give us an update as to where the GMT code base stands from a
clean-up standpoint?
