When you read this structure you are not reading the PLC's native encoding of it, you are reading the encoding of it based on OPC UA rules for encoding the OPC UA representation of the structure. This includes the array lengths and there's nothing you can do to change that.

Instead of trying to do something with the raw bytes why aren't you calling decode() on the ExtensionObject to get a Struct object instead?

My Problem is that I just want a plain byte-array, not the Array-Sizes(marked red). Is there a way to do this?

I want a solution independent from the actual struct.
