The Server SDK (and its documentation) is much more a work in progress than the Client SDK...

All that exists right now, aside from Javadocs, is the ExampleServer implementation: https://github.com/eclipse/milo/blob/master/milo-examples/server-examples/src/main/java/org/eclipse/milo/examples/server/ExampleServer.java
