[microprofile-wg] Date for Program Plan Approval

As Chair of the Steering Committee, I would like to ask for the date the Steering Committee will approve the 2022 Program Plan.

As you know, the MicroProfile Working Group has missed the target date of November 5th.

I do hope the Steering Committee is prioritizing this initiative as per the Eclipse Foundation process and required timelines.
