Actually, Carlos, just to start contributing you can start with our Google Group:

That is our main avenue for conversations.  This email (microprofile-dev) is required for Eclipse, but most of our conversations take place in the Google groups.

This page outlines the main projects we have going at MicroProfile:
http://microprofile.io/projects

From each of this project links, you can access the various specs, apis, and the code repos.  There are also several Issues through out the projects that are highlighted with "help wanted" if you are looking for something to get your feet wet.
