We are pleased to announce the availability of the Eclipse Metro 3.0.0-M1.
Notable changes:
-initial version based on 'jakarta' APIs
-uses Eclipse Implementation of JAXB 3.0.0-M2
-drops JAXR implementation
-drops JAX-RPC implementation
This release covers also following releases:
* Jakarta SOAP with Attachments Implementation 2.0.0-M1 (formerly saaj-impl)

* Eclipse Implementation of XML Web Services M2 (formerly jaxws-ri)

-uses Jakarta XML Web Services Specification 3.0.0-RC2
-delivers streambuffer 2.0.0-M2
-ws policy framework has been merged in to the project, so starting from
version 3.0.0, it won't be a standalone project
