[mdt-papyrus.dev] Save of additional (imported) models

Dear all,

I  was quite surprised to find some time ago that Papyrus is writing 
imported models during save - see bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=336811

Since it enables the simultaneous modification of the same model in 
different editors, concurrent changes can overwrite each other. 
Therefore, I'd like to deactivate this function temporarily until there 
is a user preference and/or additional sanity checks for this option. As 
it might be of general interest, I invite you to discuss the issue on 
the bug report page above.
