[mdt-papyrus.dev] New version of Papyrus : 0.7M7

Hi all,

the 0.7M7 of Papyrus is produced. It is based on the version qualified 
"0.7.0.v201005061831"

As the hudson is currently broken, I couldn't get the last build.

So:
1 - Only the RCP version is available at the moment. But Papyrus Update 
site is available on this rcp, so you will only have to make an update 
when the build will be back.
2 - It is the build from yesterday, installed through the update site of 
MDT Papyrus.

Note that it is based on M6. We haven't test it on M7 yet.
