[mdt-papyrus.dev] Vote for Committer status for Vincent Hémery has started

modeling.mdt.papyrus Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Thibault Landre has
nominated Vincent =?UTF-8?Q?H=C3=A9mery?= as a Committer on the modeling.mdt.papyrus
project. The reason given is as follows:
Vincent is involved in the MDT Papyrus tool on the behavioral diagrams.
He has developped most of the Activity diagram and participates
actively to its implementation.
He also added some generic features to the core of Papyrus (generic element
transformer : bug 305128; 302116; 299281)
He is going to improve the Activity diagram and Sequence diagram in the

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 14 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Vincent =?UTF-8?Q?H=C3=A9mery?= must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
