Hi Tom,
You are right, this sentance is strange as MDT papyrus is open (you can download source in the Eclipse SVN repository).
In fact the warning is here to recall that MDT has not yet joined the Helios release train ans is still in early stage. So the M3 is just an intermediate milestone that is mentionned for mdt-papyrus.dev mailing list and not for the mdt-papyrus users mailing list. The tool is not considered as mature for now.

I don't understand this reference. I thought Eclipse development was
done in the open.
