[mdt-papyrus.dev] How to use profile ?

 Hi all,

 I try to create a profile for the ESE demo.
 I have found how to create a Stereotype class (not available in 
palette), but can't find how to associate it to a metaclass (like Class).

 Can someone explain me how to create a simple profile with one 
stereotype applying to class ?
