Good idea !
It should not be too difficult to extract those requirements from bugs put in the Eclipse Bugzilla.
As far as I concerned, I used the keywords "model explorer" or "DI" or "all diagrams" to express bugs or features about model explorer.  I suppose it is the same for others.
