I agree with you that color definition is suggestive and personal.

I think this is related to this bug :
269660: [Preferences] Add framework to apply skins on diagrams

It would be good to have the possibility (like Eclipse) to choose between two or three pre-defined setup of colors to use in Papyrus, and to give users the possibility to store and share their custom setup. As I mentionned on the bug, I don't think this is a prior enhancement at the moment.

Personally, I don't care about color. So I can change the color definition to the one you suggested if no-one complain.
