[mdt-ocl.dev] Private Hudson

Hi

I am told that over 35 projects have now converted to private Hudson 
instances avoiding the hideous stability issues on the shared servers.

I am told the transition is really easy and all done by Eclipse IT.

As a bonus the job configurations live in a flat file space and so 
should be GITable.

As a further bonus since the private jobs run under a private user ID 
they can generate direct to the downloads area eliminating the need for 
cron jobs.
