[m2e-users] "Update project configuration" does not update the project configuration

Hi,

I deleted a dependency in the pom (also tried right-click: "Exclude
Maven Artifact").
Afterwards, I pressed ALT+F5 and selected "Update project configuration"
I expected that the library is gone from "Maven Depencenies".
It is not.

I'm using
m2e 1.4.0.20130601-0317
m2e-wtp 1.0.1.20130911-1545
in Eclipse Kepler.

How can I track down this issue?
