[m2e-users] Update conflict in STS 2.8.1

I tried to update my plugins a couple of days ago, and it listed the following as having updates available:
* Eclipse EGit
* EGit Mylyn
* m2e connector for build-helper-maven-plugin
Then it gave me the errors following this. Any idea what my options are for resolving this?
