Hi folks,

There has been a final push and if I understand correctly all the LSP 3.16.0 issues are now resolved. I have therefore scheduled a release[1] for this Friday. Any comments (timing, outstanding issues, concerns), please let me know here or on github[2].

NOTE: This release is not part of the Eclipse SimRel 2021-03, that will continue to have 0.10.0 in it.

I did a review of open bugs and AFAICT there are some that should be resolved for 3.16 to be marked complete, but LSP is not my area of expertise. If you think they are not needed for a 0.11.0 release, please comment/update milestone.
