Bug 564070 which is high priority for 2020-09. I was going to try and get a temporary fix in for M2 and hopefully get the proper fix in for 2020-09. We can do a release as soon as that bug is fixed.

There are pending tasks in LSP4E (such as move to newer CI), but nothing that is required nor blocker for an immediate release as far as I know.
