[lsp4e-dev] LSP4J 0.9.0 in 2020-03

Hello folks - cross posted to lsp4e and lsp4j,

I would like to proceed as previously discussed and get LSP4J 0.9.0 in SimRel 2020-03. 

M2 is next week, so we can try to switch over LSP4E to 0.9.0 this week. There are API breaking changes in 0.9.0 vs 0.8.x.

What needs to be done to make this switch? Can I "just do it" and fixup the effects of the API changes as part of the same commit?

LSP4J announced its intention a while back https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lsp4j/releases/0.9.0

But as of yet, LSP4E have not officially made a release record on PMI: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lsp4e/governance
