Eugene, Jody and I are at the OSGeo code sprint in Bonn, finally getting a chance to put some solid work behind Raster Processing Engine. It's going great, and we have an initial codebase design that we are fleshing out.

We didn't catch it when it happened, but someone scheduled a termination review for the project over December/the New Year, and so the codebase is marked as archived and Jody lost his committer access.

I need three +1's and no -1's to get this reinstated, so I can send an email to the EMO and get Jody his committer status back. Please +1!
