Hi all,

Here's a quick update from the Victoria incubation sprint.

JTS:
    Mavenization and project restructured including changing package 
names to org.locationtech.jts.
    Initial contribution submitted.
    Email list setup at jts-dev here: 
https://locationtech.org/mailman/listinfo/jts-dev
    Three new committers elected: Jody Garnett, Rob Emanuele, and Jim 
Hughes.

GeoGig:
    All CQs submitted.
    Modified build to use versions of dependencies which Eclipse has 
already IP reviewed and approved.

SFCurve:
    Improved SBT build.
    Working on publish 0.1.0 release to LT Nexus Repo.

GeoMesa
    Forwarded questions about imageio-ext project to GeoTools-devel.
    GeoTools 14.1 CQ approved.
    Verified that all CQs are submitted.

Overall, we made a great deal of progress with JTS, and we'd like to 
thank Vivid Solutions for supporting Martin Davis as he worked this week 
to transition JTS to LocationTech!  Also, special thanks to Jody Garnett 
for organizing.  Thanks to Avazea, Boundless, and CCRi for their 
participation.
