[technology-pmc] Nominating committers

I’m looking to nominate a committer for Spatial4j. I found a form form this in the My Foundation Portal. Seems straight-forward; mostly.

I’ve noticed the technology-pmc list has in the past requested votes for specific projects, like Andrew to Geomesa. Likewise, am I supposed to put this list address for the mailing list in the form and have any LocationTech PMC member vote, or should I use Spatial4j’s list and…?

I’m still new to these processes so thanks in advance to anyone who answers my duh questions :-)
