Hi all,

I could use some discussion and approval for the following CQs.  Of 
note, GeoMesa now has HBase support.  Other than that, Eclipse IP review 
found an issue with Scala.  That issue had been fixed in 2.11.7.  The 
last CQ may or may not need express approval.  GeoMesa updated 
Scala-logging to work with the new Scala version.  The Scalding repl CQ 
is for another sub-module of Scalding which we had not previously asked for.
