Hi, I just tested with the artifacts produced by the last build (#302,
from git commit
 850eacb5e47e527fc4df97a266714688712d81cf, Jeff Johnston
"Fix id in pom.xml so it doesn't match the plug-in id.").

Unfortunately there are still no devhelp-related files in the produced
build, which
can be easily verified if you look there:

The feature also doesn't seem to be available in the nightly repository
