There is no hard plan but it's definitely on a multitude of people's
wish lists.

There is not from anyone I know (other than Xavier's work which I'll
respond to separately) but I'm interested in getting involved.  I filed
some bugs but if people are more comfortable discussing it here we can
do that, too.
