[linuxtools-dev] Unable to commit systemtap changes to svn repo.

Hi Andrew,

I just realized that i dont have authorization to commit my changes. Not 
sure if im doing something wrong... I'm following the usual procedure to 
synchronize and commit.  Also, is there any format in which the 
changelog comments need to be entered when committing?. I've made 
changes to all packages (refactored and integrated Phil's code). Thanks,
