[leshan-dev] Rebased imbrove_builder branch

Hi,

just wanted to let you guys know that I have re-based the "improve-builder"
branch to current master. The improve_builder branch makes use of some API
changes (in particular to Californium's Endpoint interface) which makes
instantiating LeshanServer objects more convenient. The branch uses Californium
2.0.x nightlies from the Eclipse SNAPSHOTS repo so that you do not necessarily
need to build Californium 2.0.x locally.
