[leshan-dev] Access control and object enablers.

Dear Leshan developers,

On the current state of Leshan, whenever the server wants to access a resource, does the code check the permissions automatically by looking at the corresponding  access control instance enabler or does it have to be coded manually in the corresponding object enabler? 

On the subject of connectivity, has Leshan implemented any check in order to see whether a client resource has been modified by the server or does that also have to be programmed manually?
