The agenda will be announced on the mailing list once we start.
Topics will include the roadmap to the first eclipse kura release and, sometimes, technical conversations around some of the features.
Thanks.

Hello Marco,
Thanks for the information. Especially the ESF page is valuable. I didn’t find it using ‘Eclipse Kura’ as keywords. :-)
I subscribed to the mailing list. What will be discussed in the bi-weekly calls?
Regards,
Frank

Subject: Re: Interested in the Eclipse Kura project
It’s great to see interest in the Kura project and we welcome more people getting involved.
The best way to start is to join the kura-dev mailing list. More details are available at the following location:
The process to provide code contributions to the project is described in the following wiki page:
As Kura is hosted on github, github pull requests is best way to package new contributions.
Kura’s contribution comes from Eurotech’s Everyware Software Framework (ESF).
ESF documentation has not been migrated to the Kura web site yet but it is available at the following location:
We will soon start to have bi-weekly calls the interested parties.
Please let us know if you need to any addition info to get started.
Dear Mr. Carrer and Mr. Johnson,
My name is Frank Kusters. I’m contacting you about the Eclipse Kura project, for which you are both listed as project leads.
I work for Sioux Embedded Systems in the Netherlands. Sioux has recently started development on a system to prevent ‘phantom’ traffic jams (see this
past Wired article for an explanation). In short, our prevention system will use car units that communicate with each other. These units, when alerted of an arising traffic jam, then ask the driver to slow
down beforehand, thereby preventing the jam from occurring.
I have looked at the Eclipse Kura project, and noticed that there are several services that directly apply to our project – USB, GPS, Clock synchronization, a Watchdog service. Therefore
I would like to get involved. Besides adopting the technology, Sioux is also open to contributing to the project.
Could you please inform me on the steps to go forward?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
