A committer election for Brice Ruppen on project Eclipse Keyple (iot.keyple) was started by Pierre Terree with this criteria: Brice Ruppen is a DevOps expert who manages the CI for the Eclipse Keyple project since 6 months. Last November, as an external contributor, Brice had temporary a committer access to the Jenkins instance of the project (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=552742 ): so most of his contributions have been to define settings on this Keyple Jenkins instance.
