[kapua-dev] Documentation Structure

Hi,

I set up gitbook documentation structure for “User Manual” and “Developer Guide” at

https://github.com/eclipse/kapua/tree/develop/docs

We should try to move all existing readme files there (and keep documenting the project from now on)

There’s some instruction on how to build docs at

https://github.com/eclipse/kapua/blob/develop/docs/developer-guide/en/building.md

After we add some docs, we can see what’s the best place to host it
