[jwt-dev] Commit rights for Blachon Marc have been expired

Marc Dutoo has expired the commit rights for Blachon Marc (bmarc).  The
reason for this change is:

As JWT project co-lead, I'm removing commit rights for Marc Blachon of Bull
because he last contributed years ago (palette factory and so on) and won't
contribute anymore either since he is not part of the Bonita development
team anymore, which is now at startup & Bull partner Bonitasoft.
