[jstl-dev] Updating Staged 3.0.0 Implementation

Hello,

There's a PR open to address a TCK failure: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jstl-api/pull/224

Once it's merged in, is there anything specific I need to do to update the staged implementation? Or will the https://ci.eclipse.org/jstl/ tool take care of it once I re-run  jstl-impl-build-and-stage? (For instance, will it undo the 3.0.0-IMPL-RELEASE tag?)
