[jnosql-dev] Simplify the extension using a single repository to databas

Hello everyone that is a good discussion and vote.

The proposal is to combine two dependencies in a single one. So, a module will have both communication and driver. E.g., MongoDB will have both.

This change won't affect the specification; it is only on the implementation side.
