Hi Mattias, can you please confirm when the 6.10.1 version will be available? I don’t see it scheduled in https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.jgit/governance

Will that also be on Sep 11, or sometime sooner/later? I need to uptake v6 or v7 version to get HTTPS support, so I am blocked until the AmazonS3 bugfix is available. If it is possible to release sooner, that would be very much appreciated.

You don't often get email from eric.steele@xxxxxxxxxxx. Learn why this is important

Can this change be backported to all of the v6 versions? I think S3 support is broken in all of them, so backporting it would fix all of those versions as well.

Hi folks! It’s been two years since I last messaged here. Just writing to raise up a bug report I just submitted:

TLDR is that there was a bug in AmazonS3 introduced back in v6.0.0 and it requires a few LOC to fix. Full details are in the bug report.
