[jgit-dev] Unexpected FastIgnoreRule behavior

In change 117186 [1], I'm experimenting with a possible fix for bug 
409664 [2]. While my approach is quite experimental and definitely 
buggy, I've still noticed an unexpected behavior of FastIgnoreRule:

It seems that FastIgnoreRule has troubles with trailing "/" and may give 
false-positive matches in this case. Basically, a pattern like 
"**/src/new" will match "sub/src/" what is quite unexpected.
