[jetty-users] Hot deployment doesn't reflect changes of xml file

Hi,

I am using jetty-distribution-9.4.14.v20181114 . When I am doing the hot deployment of war where some changes have been made into xml file, then the updated values of xml files are not picked up. We were assuming that those should be picked, please let me know if there is any configuration for it, or I need to restart the server only.
