[jetty-dev] Eclipse Jetty 11.0.16, 10.0.16, and 9.4.52 have been release

The Jetty team is happy to announce the immediate availability of a new release for the Eclipse Jetty 9.4x, 10.0.x and 11.0.x branches.
These releases include a number of bug fixes and improvements.

The Jetty 9.4.52 release was sponsored by a commercial support contract with webtide.com

All three releases provide a workaround for the Security Advisory https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-58qw-p7qm-5rv
