[jetty-dev] Vote: removing committer

I believe the process with Eclipse is still that we need to have a vote to remove a committer. Chris Walker has not been involved with the project for a year now, and unless he chimes in here, I don't believe he intends to continue working on the project.

Votes should be: +1/0/-1

I'll leave the issue open for a week.
