[jdt-ui-dev] Compile errors in HEAD

Hi,

I have fixed the compile errors in HEAD and have released the code. So if
you use JDT/UI from HEAD you have to have the binary plug-ins loaded from
N20051013-0010 (sorry for this, but OTT promise that their change doesn't
break us ;-)). However, we can't use the nightly build for development
since the Team, Compare, ... menus are broken in this build. The menus are
missing fundamental entries when opened on Java elements and on resource
elements all entries are doubled. I will check with John and Michael what
the problem is and will keep you posted.
