[jdt-ui-dev] RCP migration

I released the changes required to the JDT UI component including the tests for the migration to the RCP enabled Platform into HEAD.

Hints how to setup your workspace and how to launch and run test as well as required binary plug-ins are available:

Please note, that there are problems creating new launch configurations in the target.

The changes are minimal. The migration guide describes how to eliminate the deprecation warnings:

You can commit changes to HEAD again.
