[jdt-ui-dev] PDE Junit for latest release 2.0.2?

Looking at the developer resources under the JDT UI, I see that there are
downloads for Eclipse V 2.0, and updates for 2.1 builds but there is not a
download for V 2.0.2.  What version of the pde.junit is supported in
Eclipse
2.0.2 and where can we download from?
