_______________________________________________It is in the aggregator repository. https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator (use R4_23_maintenance branch and you need to clone all submodules and change them to R4_23_maintenance before running the maven command)
The command to use is
mvn -f eclipse.platform.releng.tychoeclipsebuilder/java18patch/pom.xml clean verify -Pjava18patch -DskipTests=true
You’ll find the repository in <git root>/eclipse.platform.releng.tychoeclipsebuilder/java18patch/eclipse.releng.repository.java18patch/target/repository
