There are still several things I don't understand: why did the commit
from "21 hours ago" not help the build from "10 hours ago", which failed
with the same problem? I admit I might have been confused by time zone
confusion when I reported this yesterday :) but shouldn't relative time
shown on github and jenkins be comparable per se? Which path do changes
in sdk-prereqs take until they are available to downstream builds?
Where is gson 2.8.8 found after that commit?
Despite this confusion a fresh build is making good progress as we speak :)

PS: I originally tried to send to platform-releng-dev, too, but that
copy bounced as I'm no longer subscribed ...

And I think the commit you show in the bug is the one that fixed the

My problem went way when I rebuilt again this morning, so I expect
yours will as well...
